Asked and Answered

If you haven’t visited Chilliwack or the Hotel Morado before, you’re probably curious about what to expect. If there’s a topic we haven’t covered on this page, or you require further clarification, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We love connecting with our future guests!

Check-in and checkout times

Guests are welcome to check-in at 3:00 PM. We ask that you be out of your room on your final day no later than 11:00 AM.

Check-in and out processes

Communication methods and timing

Email is our preferred method of communication, but you can always call if you’ve got a pressing question or need any clarification.

You can expect to receive confirmation of your stay immediately after booking, with more information regarding check-in and local attractions closer to your arrival.

Communication methods during your stay

Everything you need should be ready and waiting for you, but should anything go awry during your stay, you can reach us directly via phone, text, and/or email.
For emergencies, call 911.

Dropping luggage off before check-in

We unfortunately do not have the ability to store luggage before arrivals.

Each room is allotted one parking space. You’ll be given instructions on where to park upon arrival via email.
